Hi, I am using AvalonEdit in a commercial application to edit python files. How can I use python.xshd from the Python AddIn to enable syntax highlighting?

As the file is LGPL is it ok to distribute this as a text file with my application (along with the license of course) and then load it into AvalonEdit at run time?

The other idea I had was to bundle it into a LGPL assembly that contains a single function which gives the file, however it is then much harder for users to change the file, which I think is the spirit of the LGPL.

    thanks, Andy

Yes, distributing it as text file is OK.
