    (Yet) Another Licensing Question

I hate to ask (yet) another licensing question, but I could not find any forum post that was *exactly* on point. I am currently looking to use the SharpZipLib DLL (ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll) inside of web services/web sites hosted on IIS. In the current planned implementation, no modified code will be used. The ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll will be linked by one or more DLLs which have been written specifically for the websites/services.

But...before I commit to this implementation, I wanted to make certain that the exception you provided to the GPL allows me the option of keeping the web platform code closed-source, should I desire to do so. From reading the exception, I could not tell if my use of the DLL would fall under the exception. I was able to find an old forum post (http://community.sharpdevelop.net/forums/p/362/1155.aspx) that seemed to indicate that this use was covered, but I wanted to make certain before actively developing my product.

Thank you for any help you can provide with this issue.
