    Wrong Local header signature on PHP created zip file

    Hi Forumianers...

    In a Linux machine I create a ZIP-file including Photos. Than on a partners machine sharpziplib tries to extract it but allways gets error "Wrong Local header signature".

    If I extract the zip-file with 7Zip, there is no problem at all...

    Does anybody have an idea what could go wrong?

    For more information just ask...

    Thanx in advance,

    AceLine

    PS: For info, how I made the zip in php refere to: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/25947603/php-generated-zip-file-produces-wrong-local-header-signature-on-extracting-pro

    Hi,

    Wrong local header signature is fairly core problem. Suggestions:

    * Open in WinZip and do File Properties - Details - it has great diagnostics and will tell you if there is any problem

    * Send me the file

    Try the Winzip first, if it doesn't complain, I'll honestly be surprised ... if it does complain it has excellent breakdown of the fields which will aid you in figuring out what is going on

    Thanks
    Dave
